Our creative American shared plates menu incorporates touches from Spain, France, and Italy. The beverage program follows suit, and features fresh takes on classic cocktails and hand selected wines.

HIDE+SEEK is open 7 days a week for dinner service and eventually weekend brunch, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio.

Summary of Duties:

• Commands full menu knowledge, including allergens and preparation methods
• Identifies and briefly describes each plate to the guests accurately. Aware of all upcoming orders and status of tables expecting food
• Assists the Chef in expediting food to the dining room
• Assists in bussing tables and marking appropriate silverware when necessary
• Works as a liaison between the kitchen and the serving staff, conveying guest issues
• Runs and Serves Food from our Kitchen to our dining rooms and bars
• Always uses position numbers
• Keeps expediter station and the kitchen stocked with plates, plate wipes, ramekins, etc. throughout service
• Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and IL Health Department following all health and safety regulations
• Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned
