Our Fleet Program Manager is responsible for vehicle sales and remarketing process optimization. This includes accessing and securing the annual vehicle inventory for the each of the Rollins Brands, Regions, Branches. Assessing the used vehicle markets and auction houses for performance and advising the business unit leaders for vehicle replacement. Creating vehicle sales spreadsheets linked to FMC and vehicle auctions. Developing procedures to monitor vehicle movement throughout the sales process with transportation companies and vehicle disposal. Issuing reports to measure vehicle sales performance and interpreting impact on business P&L, leasing financial data analytics and recommending actionable solutions.

This position uses data manipulation and data analysis tools to provide trending, operations performance metrics and process mapping to evaluate financial performance. The incumbent prepares periodic fleet specific communications, updates and reports for distribution and feedback on current practices vs peer group and competition. Other responsibilities include leading process improvement initiatives with suppliers and stakeholders, fleet industry benchmarking and fleet market analytics.

Responsibilities:
Y ou Will. . .
  • Manage the Rollins annual vehicle sales and remarketing.
    • Prepare vehicle sales scorecards for internal distribution
    • Prepare auction sales scorecards
    • Evaluate Rollins performance vs the market trends
  • Collect and verifies Rollins Brands and Division Maintenance Compliance performance
    • Prepare and publish Maintenance scorecards by Division/Brand
    • Prepare and monitor vehicle performance by model
    • Monitor the maintenance approval process
  • Perform collision process review and approval recommendations for all vehicles
    • Evaluate collision reporting procedures for all vehicles
    • Prepare and published Collision scorecards by Division/Brand
    • Maintain the collision approval process
  • Work directly with Fleet Management Company to measure fleet administration activities
    • Oversee the vehicle request for assistance and administration
    • Create and publish trend reporting (4-Box) for key performance metrics/KPI’s for Registration and Licensing
    • Engage Brand/Division Regional leadership with fleet trending analysis for best practice sharing, supplier feedback and lessons learned
  • Provide timely analysis to ad-hoc requests for service, decision support data and analysis while managing existing workload.
    • Utilize Fleet Data provided by FleetView, WEX and GoGPS Geotab to provide opportunity analysis as requested
    • Demonstrate mastery of vehicle data to predict decision outcomes based on vehicle history, market information and industry forecasts
    • Provide training to Rollins Brand, Regional and Division representatives as required – FleetView, GoGPS, WEX, JD Edwards
  • Make provisions with Fleet Management Company to dispose of vehicles purchased through acquisitions for integration and transition to Rollins Fleet programs and procedures
  • Participate in Fleet Brand and Division optimization and process improvement engagements for sharing best practices, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
    • Provide data analytics to stack rank Divisions and Brands for key fleet and vehicle metrics
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelors Degree required. Preferred Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics
  • Project management and supplier management experience a plus
  • Strong financial, analytical, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills are required
  • Strong PC skills and demonstrated experience with MS Office software, especially Excel proficiency at an advanced level including pivot tables, trend charts, graphing and other functional tools as necessary
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge, experience with JD Edwards or equivalent ERP systems
  • Able to lead process improvement initiatives and works well in a team environment as well by oneself with the ability to support other Operations (Fleet, Procurement, Safety, Technical) roles as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated with the desire and aptitude to learn, apply and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
