Job description
SUMMARY
This individual will be responsible for calculating and executing the Company’s daily cash position, coordinating with our lead lending and cash management bank to carry out the Company’s borrowing and funding decisions and maintain the Company’s short-term borrowing model. Primary responsibilities also include forecasting short-term cash, debt, liquidity, and availability by partnering with other business areas.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Balance daily all inflows and outflows through the main corporate bank accounts. Coordinate all borrowings on revolving credit facility, including overnight and SOFR loans. Complete monthly borrowing base certificate for release to lending bank. Update and report to senior leadership the daily cash, debt and liquidity positions.
Develop, enhance, and analyze short-term cash, debt, liquidity and availability forecasting by partnering with other business areas to obtain the various cash forecast outflows/inflows.
Accounting, reporting and analysis for assigned Treasury general ledger accounts along with month end account reconciliations and the preparation of bank audit and debt compliance reports and schedules.
Administration, accounting, analysis, and reporting for Corporate Credit Card Program.
Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed including ad hoc reporting / analysis, treasury foreign operations and special projects assigned by department manager and the Treasurer.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong spreadsheet/database skills
Exercise sound judgment with proactive approach to making recommendations
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy required

Flexibility to changing business needs
Prior experience working in treasury and with external business partners a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors in Accounting / Finance
Education Preferred: Graduate Degree, Master’s in Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance
Experience Minimum: 2-5 years of previous experience in Accounting or Finance
Experience Preferred: Prior experience in Corporate Treasury or Banking. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Treasury Professional, and/or Certified Management Accountant
