CSI Companies has an immediate opening for an experienced Financial Accountant! We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump on board and hit the ground running for a longstanding, well-known client in the Ponte Vedra area.
LOCATION: Ponte Vedra Florida 32082
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Remote on Monday & Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Document and maintain detailed records of contractual agreements and terms
- Run reports and compile relevant data for calculations
- Prepare journal entries and assist with auditing tasks
- Calculate accurate monthly expenses and related estimates as part of the month-end financial close process as well as maintain the related balance sheet accounts (i.e. prepaid, accounts receivable, accrued liabilities, deferred revenue, etc.)
- Assist with tax filings
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of Accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business required
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
- CPA preferred
