Anchor Moving Systems is one of the most respected relocation companies in the country and we are looking for dependable project managers to add to our staff for our metro Milwaukee headquarters. Duties will include helping companies relocate their furniture and contents in a professional, caring, and courteous manner. We also work with senior care facilities and deliver and install new furniture. We are willing to negotiate competitive wages for qualified candidates based on experience and knowledge of the industry. Project Managers of all classifications are encouraged to apply. Wages for Field Supervisors start at minimum of $52,000 per year .

Job Requirements:

• Provide leadership to a team of movers
• Manage moves and assist with packing, padding, crating, moving, loading & unloading of items to or from the vehicle at all job sites
• Accountable for all crew members, vehicles, and equipment
• Maintain good verbal communication with crew members, customers, supervisors, and other office staff
• Perform within a team environment with changing demands and timelines, while maintaining a positive outlook and attitude
• Exercise good time management, is responsible for executing tasks in a timely fashion
• Available to work all scheduled shifts and is responsible for their own punctuality and attendance
• Prepares all required paperwork or other documentation associated with household moves
• Obeys all laws and requirements of the DOT; complies with all company policies
• Demonstrate the will to solve problems
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds continuously
• Safety conscious
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, a clean record is preferred
• Experience in the moving industry is preferred
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Participation in company random drug & alcohol testing program
• Must be dependable and flexible to work varying shifts based on customer demand
• Willingness to work overtime including nights and weekends as needed
• Demonstrate the ability to learn new procedures and skills
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and arrive to work properly uniformed
• Reliable means of transportation to work
