We have immediate openings for Entry-Level Factory Full-time Day and Night shift positions.

Turn your hobby into a career! Build on your personal interests where we’ll help grow your skills. We are hiring immediately for a number of different areas of our shoe manufacturing operation including leather cutting, sewing, and attaching soles just to name a few.

Our environment is fast paced with a strong focus on safety and quality.

WORKING HOURS:

1st Shift: Core hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 3:00pm, Fridays 6:00am-Noon. **

• Starting wage is $21.90/hour.

2nd Shift: Core hours: Monday – Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30 am **

• Starting wage is $22.99/hour.

Union negotiated increase of $1.00 in November.

Once qualified on a specific job, the wage rate may increase to anywhere from $21.90 to $24.40 per hour, according to union contract.

**Overtime may be required to meet business demands and may extend start and end times including starts as early as 5:00am for 1st shift, and up to 5 hours on Fridays for 2nd shift.

We will train for all positions, no previous experience required.

Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as a team.

Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.
