The Role:
As the Facilities Coordinator you will assist with the effective operation of the agency’s buildings and facility maintenance, moves, modifications, monitoring work order ticketing system, and on-call coverage as scheduled.:

About You:
You’re someone that looks to be helpful at every chance you get. You’ve got a knack for figuring things out and you’re constantly problem solving. No task is too big or too small and when it comes to being handy, you’re the definition of the word. Tools are second nature to you and your positive, can-do attitude is always ready for a new challenge.:

What we’re looking for:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • Working knowledge of core building systems (for example plumbing, heating, electric)
  • Ability to operate required equipment, including operation of vehicles equipped with lift
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
  • Familiarity with people with developmental disabilities is desirable
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage:
