Job description
National nonprofit supporting veterans seeks primarily remote Executive Assistant to support the interim CEO working 30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily tasks of the CEO and provide calendar management and other administrative support.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and track expenses.
  • Identify and implement strategies to streamline office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Track the CEO’s goals, deadlines, and other tasks to ensure effective time management.
  • Support communications between the CEO and staff.
  • Ensure that the CEO is properly prepared for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails.
  • Draft correspondence to stakeholders and staff on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage office technology and ensure office supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
  • Social media management experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and adaptable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Personable and professional with strong communication skills.

Salary:
  • $50,000 per year.

Temp Rate:
  • $20.00 per hour.
