Venue Manager, Willow Brooke Farm

Job Summary:

This position is an hourly, part time, results oriented position, reporting to the Owner of Willow Brooke Farm. The Venue Manager will work with the entire staff in order to maintain a high standard of service for clients hosting events at the facility.

Essential functions of the position include:

• Answer telephone calls and/or emails as needed in professional and timely manner
• Work with clients and all vendors related to the event to ensure seamless communication from sales to execution
• Exhibit personal attributes of hospitality, cooperation, accountability, creativity, and enthusiasm for all facets of the organization
• Meeting with clients and vendors to coordinate the details of their event
• Set correct expectations for clients and vendors that reflect the ability of Willow Brooke to satisfy
• Effectively communicate details for events to colleagues.
• Execute all assigned events and serve as Manager on Duty
• Assist in managing social media accounts for Instagram, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, including taking photos, videos and communicating with other brands and individuals to further the reach of Willow Brooke Farm

Additional Pertinent Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other partners within our industry
• Creating a culture that reflects the values and goals of the organization.
• Assist with large scale events as needed

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Computer and telephone skills to execute company communications and correspondence with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Spirit of service and team player mentality
• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a customer service industry
