MANCAN HAS TEAMED UP WITH A COMPANY IN ST. ALBANS.They are looking for a full-time Estimator/Purchaser.
Duties include: Download, print and review requests for quotation which include, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work and generate material quotations. Perform takeoffs of HVAC equipment and systems. Communicate with account executives, factory representatives and customer personnel to facilitate a timely and correct strategic quotations. Distribute quotations to contractors and end users. Order materials from factory and compile, calculate, tabulate, audit, information or data.
Schedule= 40 hours / week
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
Pay rate =based on experience, anywhere between $40,000-$55,000/year.
- Must have strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Must have solid general office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
