Equine Care Assistant
Job description
Our therapeutic horse farm is seeking a full-time equine care assistant. Applicants must be dependable, have their own transportation, team oriented, friendly, self-motivated, and hard working.
Responsibilities include mucking stalls, feeding, cleaning the barn and paddocks, providing basic first-aid to the horses, weight and temperature checking, reporting on equine behavior and health, and other chores related to the care of our herd and farm.
Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga is a non-profit organization whose mission is to rescue and retrain retired racehorses for therapeutic programs.
