About the Role

You will join the Marketing & Communication team in AGCS’s London office. Your role will predominantly be providing event administration support for the team, in addition you will have exposure to the various disciplines that make up Marketing & Communication: Internal Communications and Employee Engagement; External Communications and Media Relations; Digital Communications; Events; and Marketing.

The role is fixed term for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the planning, delivery and analysis of events for the London & Nordic teams, including hospitality events, thought leadership events, insurance industry events and employee activities
  • Dealing with queries from the business
  • Manging the events mailbox
  • Resourcing and sourcing venues
  • Assistance with event budget planning and invoicing
  • Helping oversee bookings process for the Corporate Box at the O2
  • Setting up event landing pages and email invites, alongside managing invitation lists and RSVPs
  • Post-event analysis and surveys
  • Support for email newsletter production – internally and externally
  • Posting to the company intranet
  • Team admin support (note taking, room booking, ordering stationary, meeting orchestration)

Location
Our office is based in London (60 Gracechurch Street). We currently have a 60:40 work model: 3 days in office, 2 days at home. This role will also require some UK travel to support delivery of events and occasionally working in the evening.

Salary & Benefits
25k-28k (depending on experience) + 10% on-target annual bonus, plus a variety of flexible benefits including pension, GymFlex, Cycle Scheme and SpreeFlex
