The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry Level Business Process Analyst to join our team at Starfire Optical Range at Kirtland AFB, NM.

Our team of engineers, scientists, technicians, logistics, IT, and facilities at Starfire Optical Range conducts research for the Air Force Research Laboratory. Our Business Analyst supports the management team with record keeping, data entry, and coordination. Our Business Analyst supports the full team with information flow, training scheduling and tracking, Boeing and USAF task completions, new employee onboarding, and anything else that enables the work we do to be more efficient and effective.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works under supervision of site managers to enter financial data, prepare reports, and provide logistics support to multi-disciplined team.

• Participates in documenting business processes and data models.

• Assists with preparing presentations and reports.

• Primary assignments are entry level in nature.

• Uses established procedures and guidelines to accomplish assignments.

• Understands established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments.

• Supports efforts to eliminate and/or consolidate process documentation.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Organizational skills and abilities

• Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures

• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability and desire to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in mathematics, data analytics, finance, or business

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary Pay Range: $57,800 - $78,200.
