Position Description

We are looking for an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive with a hunter mentality in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a broad C-level in-territory network of $1B or more in annual revenue companies. Existing Fortune 1000 relationships is desired. You will be responsible for closing opportunities with enterprise customers/prospects in your territory by leveraging direct sales, partner sales, and field marketing strategies. Our Enterprise Sales Executives conduct deep exploration of prospective client needs, cultivate strong relationships with decision makers, prepare and deliver sales proposals, and persuade prospects that KirkpatrickPrice is uniquely able to meet their cybersecurity auditing and compliance needs.

This is a position for an experienced, top-tier information security Enterprise Sales Executive who is comfortable engaging executive/C-suite clients and versed with technology and information security. The role values self-learning and enjoys working from home with travel to prospect clients when warranted. This is neither an entry level position, nor a position for one with average sales skills. The most competitive applicants will be seasoned, selling large amounts of complex information security-related services. Those hired are joining a team of extremely capable sales and marketing professionals who are comfortable working with clients in the complex technology industry of information security and compliance.

Experience

  • History of consistently being at or near the top of your sales team.
  • Track record of exceeding quarterly, and annual quotas/goals.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successfully prospecting and selling compliance, technology, and/or information security related solutions to Enterprise customers of $1B+ in annual revenue. 10+ years is desired.
  • Existing in-territory Fortune 1000 C-level relationships is desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years selling information security solutions or services.
  • Experience with sales involving multiple decision makers and sales cycles of 3 months or longer.
  • Familiarity with a variety of security concepts, compliance regulations, practices, and procedures.
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skillful at building C-level executive relationships.
  • Experience working with business, alliance, and/or channel partners.
  • Adept at value-based selling.
  • Skilled at educating customers on technology and security subjects as part of a consultive selling approach.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing opportunities in SalesForce and using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • Skilled at sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience conducting successful virtual meetings using tools like MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Ability to ramp quickly through company sales enablement and self-learning opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with latest technology and information security trends.
  • Active information security and/or systems certifications are a plus.
  • 4 year degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for internal, prospect, partner and customer meetings.
