Job Description

  • Manage and run the tower End User Services tower (SCCM, Image management, Intune, Microsoft O365) Desktop Engineering, Remote support team and field services team.
  • Experience in End user computing for 12 to 15 years
  • Customer relationship management at Manager / VP level, able to articulate and put in right way.

  • Major Incident Management Participation
  • Monthly Internal Call with Team (Onsite / Offshore)
  • Monthly Exec Call Preparations

  • Knowledge Sharing Session
  • Monthly Billing Management
  • Contract & SOW Management
  • New Initiatives
  • Service improvement Plan
  • Dispute Management
  • Risk Management
  • Automation Use Cases
  • Manage internal team and motivation.
  • Zero Security Incidents / Quarterly iSecurity Sessions
  • Learning Management – Internal / External Trainings / Elevate (Wings 1 / Wings 2) / 100% Mandatory Course Completion / T Factor / TCS Lean Certification / iEvolve – Moving into Champion League (minimum)
  • Succession Planning
