Position Description

In this role you will be responsible for on and off boarding new and existing employees, scheduling and performing regular reviews to ensure operational efficiency, maintaining a uniform inventory to keep costs at a minimum, handling travel arrangements for technicians, and maintaining badging and certifications for technicians.

As the Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and distributing employee uniforms and tee's
  • Maintaining and setting up badging and certification requirements for technicians
  • Coordinating with HR on various office events
  • Managing and performing 30, 90 and quarterly reviews with new & existing employees and sending reminders to managers.
  • On Boarding New Employees: Boxes, bags, binders, training, iOS device management, agenda, travel arrangements, and food options
  • Off Boarding Existing Employees: Exit interview, collect ECS property, disable iOS devices
  • MobileTech/Xoi Review and Coaching

Qualifications

The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills
  • Inventory control experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Some travel required

Hours - Normal operations are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (subject to change)

Hourly Pay - TBD
