SUMMARY

This is a hands-on remote Project Management position. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of current experience as a Relativity administrator. Demonstrated ability to set up and manage document review workflows using Relativity structured analytics and Active Learning is required. Candidates will be tested in Relativity before a formal offer is made.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITES

  • Consult with corporate clients and law firms on data processing specifications, early case assessment, document review workflows and production guidelines that correlate with each client’s legal budget and discovery timetable.
  • Lead initial kickoff call and prepare workflow documentation for client approval
  • Host status calls with clients and counsel; prepare written status updates and reports for clients and internal project stakeholders; maintain documentation throughout project duration.
  • Provide matter-specific database training to clients and/or contract attorney review teams
  • Relativity administration, including, but not limited to:
  • Create customized Relativity workspaces
  • Set up users and groups; manage user group and folder permissions
  • Import/export data via RDC or Integration Points; modifications to load files
  • Assist client with complex search queries
  • Design coding layouts
  • Review workflow setup according to client specifications
  • Create batch sets; set security
  • Implement analytics solutions (Active Learning, email threading, near duplicate identification, conceptual searching, cluster visualization, name normalization)
  • Create customized metrics reports and dashboards
  • Create production conflict searches and generate productions
  • Privilege workflow setup, including image and native-based redaction sets
  • Conduct audits on user activity
  • Identify technical issues, recommend solutions, implement resolution and document change
  • Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy of final work product
  • Participate in professional development initiatives to maintain/update skills and certifications

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent client relationship, communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Solid end-to-end understanding of the eDiscovery process.
  • 3+ years of current experience as a Relativity administrator.
  • Demonstrated experience setting up workflows for Relativity structured analytics and Active Learning document reviews.
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision, following internal workflow protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when the need arises.
  • High school dipolma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Relativity or ACEDS certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Law firm experience with a basic understanding of litigation workflow a plus.
