Job Purpose
To analyse the delivery and collection performance of George.com. Reporting into the eCommerce Operations Manager you will identify opportunities to enhance performance and support the execution of projects which will drive the continued growth of George.com.
Key Accountabilities
- Gather data to create a comprehensive overview of performance metrics across George.com which drives accountability across the respective business units.
- Analyse Last Mile performance data to identify baseline performance for George.com.
- Review customer propositions across the industry to benchmark service and understand market trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the George.com customer experience and increase profitability.
- Support project execution and monitor the KPIs against the business case.
- Support the planning of last mile demand and proposition for peak periods.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate the delivery of step change and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain project documentation to aid projects to be delivered on time and on budget.
How you will do it:
Knowledge: You will have a basic background in eCommerce or logistics. You will be comfortable working with large data sets, analysing data and identifying trends.
Communicating and influencing: You will develop collaborative working relationships through and influence across a large cross-functional network. You will be able to provide clear and concise recommendations from your data analysis and have strong written and verbal communication.
Freedom to think and act: You will be comfortable with ambiguity and will work collaboratively across functions to develop innovative solutions. You are expected to identify new opportunities to improve performance and execute development projects which are aligned to the corporate strategic plan. You will support the development of business case proposals for senior stakeholder sign off.
