Q Analysts (A Qualitest Company) is looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead with experience in asset management to join our team working with our client. This individual will be responsible for management of project assets, driving asset accountability, and auditing compliance of established asset management processes. To succeed in this role, this individual must have exceptional attention to detail, be an independent self-starter, and must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

High Level Overview:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of program assets.
• Manage and maintain assets to drive accountability and ensure alignment of physical, on-hand, inventory with data storage systems.
• Cross check for accuracy, label and record assets leaving the manufacturing facility
• Drive a clear and immediate flow of data between manufacturing facility and internal asset management teams/stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receiving, un-packing and storing assets
• Packing assets, creating shipping labels, and shipping assets
• Asset data entry into proprietary MSFT systems
• Creating and labeling assets
• Prepping and distributing assets to internal teams and individuals
• Periodic auditing to ensure compliance of established asset management processes
• Check in/check out of assets entering/leaving production facility for data accuracy
• Assisting on-site teams with delivery and pickup of assets

Requirements

• $65k - $75k annual compensation
