Requirements:
- Age 18yrs. old to start as a mover
- Age 21yrs. old to drive (insurance requirements) (additional pay for Class A CDL)
- Able to lift over 100lbs. over head multiple times a day
- Walk backwards while carrying items on stair
- Ability to work long hours with limited breaks 12-16hrs.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot-cold-raining)

- 1. Pass Background Check Per TXDMV standards
- 2. Hair Neat & kept off shoulders
- 3.No smoking including e-cigs (on company time or during brand representation.
Responsibilities: Mover - Driver - Crew Leader
- Be On Time
- Morning equipment & inventory checks
- Protecting customers residents & furniture from damage
- Pad wrapping furniture to prevent damages
- Disassemble & reassemble furniture
- Packing services
- Inventory household goods going to storage
- Loading & unloading trucks, trailers, storages
- Provide excellent customer service with a great attitude
- Keep truck, trailers, & equipment clean & neat
- Follow all policies & safety procedures
- Team player "together-everyone-accomplishes-more"
Pay Range: Experience, Training Completed, & Performance Valuations
- Helpers $15-$16 + Company Bonuses + Customer Tips
- Drivers $16-$20 + Company Bonuses + Customer Tips
- Crew Leaders $17-$20 + Company Bonuses + Customer Tips
- Estimated pay at $15 - $16 = $21 to $22 hr. average
- Estimated pay at $17 - $20 = $23 to $26 hr. average
- Estimate Includes = hourly pay + overtime + avg. tips
