Lift Truck Sales & Service, Inc. is a leading forklift service provider in the Knoxville, TN area and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, experienced Service Writer & Dispatcher to join our service department. Job Requirements include the following but other duties may be assigned:
- Open and edit workorders in MRP system
- Fields internal and external customer inquiries about service work
- Keep organized records of work completed as well as work in progress
- Dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction
- Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue
- Build a close relationship with clients
- Properly complete all paperwork.
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to take care of the customer
- Arrive promptly and prepare for a fast-paced day
Required Skills
- 1 year of Service Writer experience
- 1 year of Dispatch experience
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of our industry
- Working knowledge of East Tennessee, Northern Georgia, and Southeast Kentucky
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate preferred.
- Good communication and paperwork skills.
- Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
