Dispatcher – Moncure, NC
General Shale, Inc., the nation’s leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, a Dispatcher for our Moncure, NC location Successful candidates will coordinate scheduling, create efficient and productive routes, and maximize regional truck capacity while interacting professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching trucks
- Answering the phone
- Data entry in SAP computer system
- Liaising with outside sales team
- Manual handling of product
- Prepping material for deliveries
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years customer service experience; dispatching experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferred
- Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus
- Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications
