The real estate industry is changing daily and we do not need someone with past real estate experience, but we do need someone who has been very successful in sales in their career and understands the core skills that will help our agents and team members adjust to the clients concerns and effectively isolate objections and sell more homes. We need someone who has an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Prior leadership experience is an absolute must. If you can demonstrate your ability to drive sales through increasing leads and sales conversions we want to talk.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan weekly sales team training and meetings and advanced skill training sessions with talent from outside the organization.
  • Create effective revenue management strategies to ensure profitability in all market conditions through sales and marketing tactics
  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales agents and hold them accountable for executing on their goals.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages and report on their growth
  • Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
  • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
