What we are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy. BS or PharmD required.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a hospital based setting.

• Must hold a current state license to practice pharmacy.

Hours and compensation potential:

• The salary range is between $100,000-$150,000 depending on experience.

• The facility offers a full benefit package.

What you’ll be doing:

• The Pharmacy Director functions as the Pharmacist in Charge and is responsible for operational management of the Pharmacy Department including functioning as the main pharmacist.

• The primary function of this position is to manage the department in compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, goals and budget of the department.

• The director incorporates and demonstrates customer service strategies in order to achieve the organization’s goals.

• Position reports to the CEO.

• Facility is about 55-bed state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Education:

• Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pharmacy residency: 1 year (Preferred)
