We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Memory Care team in Sioux Falls, SD as our new Clinical Services Director (Director of Nursing)!

As the Clinical Services Director, you set the tone for the entire clinical department. Residents, families, care staff, and peers will look to you to provide clinical information, direction, and mentorship. Our Regional Nurse Directors will rely on you to give input and help implement new policies and procedures. Your Executive Director will rely on your sound judgment, clinical expertise, outstanding time management, and proactive communication. Your partnership is crucial for the success of the building and the health and safety of our residents.

Minimum Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Nursing, preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Assisted Living, geriatric care, or dementia a plus
- Comfort with computer charting or willing to learn
- Able to effectively collaborate with a team
- Ability to direct care staff
- Passion and drive to help others!
