- Assist in recruitment and selection of nursing personnel.
- Performs nursing evaluations that are accurate and timely.
- Monitor Staffing patterns.
- Provides commendations and counseling as appropriate.
- Assists with the development, implementation and review of policies and procedures for the Nursing Department.
- Prepare reports
Required skills and qualifications:
3 years of clinical nursing experience- Knowledge of Medicare PPS
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Long Term Care experience
- Must be certified in Basic Life Support
