Director of Health & Wellness Salary: $46,500 - $50,000
Director of Health & Wellness Job Type:Full Time
Director of Health & Wellness Responsibilities:
- Oversees Health and Wellness operations at our Fairless Hills and Newtown locations
- Hiring, onboarding, and supervising Health and Wellness staff
- Coaching, training and mentoring of junior staff
- Ensuring safety, supervision, and management of fitness program spaces
- Partners with the VP of Operations to ensure service quality through program spaces
Director of Health & Wellness Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in fitness programming
- 1+ years experience in a supervisory role
- Current Personal Training certification through an NCCA accredited program (e.g. ACE, AFAA, ACSM, ect.)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Exercise Science, Physical Education, Sports Management, ect.) preferred
