Calev Systems is growing and seeking a talented, experienced individual to be the liaison between our company, vendors, and the United States Postal Service in handling requirements, eligibility, mail piece design, and postage payment systems. This role leads a team of distribution professionals procuring transportation services nationally. The job also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The role requires a “roll up your sleeves” motivated self-starter with management experience, who can report to company executives, and have extensive communication with our clients. This person needs to have experience procuring, executing, analyzing, and answering national RFPs. The candidate selected for this position will exude a positive attitude in how they work and communicate with their co-workers. $85,000 - $120,000

• The position of Director of Mailing and Distribution is a very critical role at our organization
• It requires 5-7 years of general experience in the Printing -Direct Mail industry
• It also requires a general working knowledge of National Transportation operations and procuring these services
• This individual will be responsible for the role of liaison between our company, vendors, and the United States Postal Service in handling matters of requirements, eligibility, mail piece design, as well as postage payment systems
• This role owns responsibility to lead a team of distribution professionals procuring transportation services nationally
• The job also requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• The role requires a “roll up your sleeves”, motivated self-starter who has management experience and can report to company executives as well as have extensive communication with our clients.
• This person needs to have experience with procuring, executing, analyzing, and answering national RFP’s
