The Director Float Support Professional first and foremost ensures that all supervision requirements are met for their persons served, in accordance with each individual IAPP.
Generally, the Director Float works with a variety of clients both male and female in varied locations and during varied shifts mornings, evening, overnights and every other weekend. They assist clients with their daily routines, implement individual program plans, document client progress, and respond to meet service needs, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the clients. Director Floats perform all job duties in accordance with established policies and procedures contained in the Policy and Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook.

Hours: vary, 40 hours per week with an every other weekend rotation, working with both male and female persons served

Locations: West Saint Paul, Rosemount

Rate: $18.00-19.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
