Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Fitchburg, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Active driver’s license is required
- High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred
- Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
- Must be available to complete 2 weeks, paid, orientation Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4PM.
- Successful completion of Diana Screening
Schedule:
- 7am - 3pm after orientation training
