Location: Schenectady, New York

This is a hybrid role between our office in downtown Schenectady and WFH.

Growthster, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Strategist with expertise in HubSpot and B2B marketing to join our team. The Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for our B2B clients, utilizing HubSpot to drive results and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics and strategies, as well as a strong background in data analysis and HubSpot implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand marketing objectives and develop comprehensive digital strategies that align with their goals
  • Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, platforms, and trends
  • Create and present detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating campaign performance and ROI
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction with the strategies and results delivered
  • Contribute to the agency's thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights through blog posts, webinars, and other content
  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies utilizing HubSpot across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth in B2B markets
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop engaging content and creative assets for campaigns targeting B2B audiences
  • Utilize HubSpot to create and implement lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns for B2B clients, and to track and analyze campaign performance
  • Manage HubSpot accounts for B2B clients, including setting up campaigns, building workflows, and analyzing results
  • Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest features and capabilities, as well as industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, to ensure our clients remain competitive in their respective markets

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Industry certifications, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably within an agency setting
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing best practices
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other industry-standard analytics and advertising tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with project management tools and platforms, such as Asana or Trello
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
