Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online. Besides overseeing Social Media platforms, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital content of Kante Group websites.

Additional requirements:

· Experience in marketing and marketing strategies

· Ability to create exceptional social media posts and understanding of the algorithms.

· Ability to create excellent websites and continually keep them current

· Be an excellent addition to our brand in the community.

· Present self in a professional manner when working with team members and clients.

· Work as a team, pitching in where the Kante Group team needs support.

Working Conditions:
PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL: This position may require occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 30 pounds. Duties are performed in an office, store, and restaurant settings. Regularly required to reach, talk, listen, interpret, and communicate, both verbally and in writing. Frequently required to stand or sit for extended periods of time; frequently required to walk in and around the businesses and to move between floors and utilize stairs as necessary. Vision is expected to be at a level proficient for reading and viewing monitors and other hardware components. Works in a professional environment including office, store, and restaurant with possible high-stress levels.
