Requirements

• Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
• Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.

• Understanding of web analytics.
• Broad knowledge of best online digital practices.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies.
• Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
• Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
• Optimize SEO.
• Write copy for blogs, emails, ads and posts.
• Manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Create and manage email marketing automation, response tracking and campaign performance optimization.
• Leverage LinkedIn as a tool for client outreach and connections.
• Create and present monthly performance reports highlighting creative and KPI insights.
• Analyze traffic patterns and update content with the design team.
• Provide insights, think leadership and digital/social strategy.
• Develop ad strategies for social, display and paid search campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing/Yahoo, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Employ hashtags to increase follower count.
• Manage and promote online reviews.
• Create case studies, highlighting methods used to ensure an increase on clients’ ROI.
• Strategize organic social posts with copy.
• Produce monthly e-newsletters.
• Drive value for the organization.
• Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
• Analyze customer and user data.
• Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
• Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
• Define and produce digital events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
