Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day to day relationship with agency partners for paid and organic search
• Plan and support strategy for all paid media campaigns inclusive of SEM, digital display, google shopping and paid social
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
• Collaborate cross-functionally on user journeys and multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Collaborate and share ideas within a team responsible for all retail marketing initiatives
• Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize user funnels.
• Additional responsibilities in the areas of affiliate marketing, omni-channel marketing based on background/experience

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven digital marketing success in a retail/ecommerce environment
• High level of knowledge in the marketing and paid advertising technology space inclusive of Google Ads/Microsoft Ads/SA 360/Campaign Manager/Google Analytics 360/Data Studio/Facebook Ads
• Must be self-motivated team player, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing paid media campaigns a must
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• Experience managing agency relationships a plus
