Our company is seeking a bright, motivated and innovative Shop Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation and growth of our physical locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are able to perform their jobs effectively, will work closely with a team of assistant managers and has the ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities to others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of mechanics and administrative staff, providing guidance, support and training as needed
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all trucks and trailers in the Trius Trucking fleet
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal fleet performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental regulations
• Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality
• Manage inventory levels, order necessary parts and supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory usage
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
