Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Location: Phoenix AZ ; Hybrid

Status: Full-time; Exempt

Program description:

Southwest Human Development is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to become part of our DEV team creating and supporting application deployments in several different environments. Must have a strong understanding of data analytics relating to MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MS Dynamics, SQL databases, and business processes to support the agency goals and departments use of Microsoft Dynamics for customer service and business case management. This position can also be offered for remote work in Arizona only.

The ideal candidate will bring several qualities to the team, including:

• The ability to translate user requirements into application, workflow, and database configurations, within the context of a configurable CRM application.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data management and data integration skills with an ability to organize, analyze and correlate data information.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to organize, analyze and correlate data and information.
• Problem solving and project management skills to identify issues and concerns as they arise and recommend practical solutions for improvement.
• The ability to work and collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment with organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability.

Top Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience and in-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and modules
• 5+ years' experience as a Software Engineer, with 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics Development
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, C#, Java script, jQuery, Bootstrap, ADO.NET
• Experience with T-SQL
• Experience with DevOps, Agile-Scrum
• Strong knowledge in building and deploying Dynamics 365 packages in development, test, and production environments.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
