Job description
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician, to work in Lewisville, TX or Tomball, TX.
The ideal applicant should have substantial experience using diagnostic tools and applicable queries to undertake remote troubleshooting. Knowledge of ITIL V3 or V4 is required, particularly in the areas of service desk, incident, problem, and change management.
The perfect candidate should possess a background in clinics and previous work experience with healthcare customers.
