Job description
Respond to and resolve reported computer software, hardware, operating system & telephony issues
- Fulfill service requests
- Perform installations, upgrades, releases & deployments
- Monitor data center systems & jobs
- Proactively monitor end-user platform performance
- Construct data center facilities
- Monitor & protect data center facilities

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
