Job description
Responsible for 911 Center administration and operations. Position reports directly to the Department
Director and supervises 28 Telecommunicators, 2 PSAP Supervisors, and a TAC Officer. Position maintains policies and procedures related to PSAP, directs training program, directs QA program, and
coordinates daily PSAP operations. Responsible for analytical and statistical information gathering and
interpretation of PSAP related data. Conducts applicant interviews & background investigations, annual
subordinate reviews, and recommends individuals for hire, transfer, or advancement. Manages 911 Center staff scheduling. Ensures PSAP complies with all regulatory requirements as well as NENA / APCO standards. Position will be required to participate in department on-call rotations. Individual must be able to maintain professional working relationships with Lebanon County Public Safety Entities.
