We are a group dental practice with several dentists and an orthodontist. We “geek out” on delivering great care, service and a “Wow!” experience for each one of our patients. We are Summit Dental and Orthodontics in Layton, Ut. We are currently the #1 Provider of Dental Services in Davis County. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage phone calls
• Schedule Appointments
• Provide solutions to patient questions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of customer service experience and/or phone support experience
• Proficient Typing Skills (50+ wpm)
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Problem solver. “I can do that”
• Proactive, Independent, self motivated, internal desire to succeed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
• Hours: 30 hours/week. Tues 7am-7pm, Thurs 930-7pm, Friday 8-5. Additional hours available.
• Some work from home options possible in the future
• Compensation: $16-18/hr
• Work Location: Layton, UT
