Our team in West Hollywood is seeking an ambitious, energetic, organized, and dependable Dental office Coordinator who can organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures, to ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Our office is located in the Beverly Hills area. We are interested in someone who is capable in answering phone calls, have a strong customer service experience, experience using Dentrix, extensive dentistry and insurance knowledge.
SKILLS:
- Proven experience as an office manager.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Confirming patients, listening to messages and returning phone calls.
- Presents treatment plans fees for services and discuss payment options with patients.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations as required.
- Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
- Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix) is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
