We are growing !! Our newer office in Zelienople, PA is already expanding. Three Rivers Endodontics is looking for a motivated, friendly and professional individual to interact with patients daily at our front desk. This position is 5 days per week with competitive benefits including healthcare, 401k, paid time off, and more. The candidate must be willing to do some of their training in our Moon Township, PA location before joining our team in Zelienople.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and check-in patients
• Verify dental insurance, process insurance claims including claims follow-up
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect and post payments and record receipts
• Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
• Other duties as assigned

Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred; an understanding of accounting, processing of dental insurance claims, accounts receivables, and a willingness and eager attitude to be trained in all aspects of a dental practice is required.

Salary commensurate with experience.
