T.E Kramer Holding, INC is now hiring Full Time FedEx Delivery drivers for deliveries and pick-ups from homes and businesses in the Charlotte, NC area. Ideal candidates effectively communicate with customers, convey a positive image of FedEx and manage their daily priorities. Applicants possessing a competitive drive and punctuality will thrive in this role.

Training Pay: $100/day for on the road training

Wage: $150/day; paid weekly.

CDL License is NOT required!!!

Schedule- 5 days a week, 8:00am - 5:00pm, We are hiring for five days a week, does not have to be consecutive, and one day of the weekend required.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 6 Year of Delivery Driver Experience with a formal delivery van/vehicle, delivering packages
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Physically able to carry a package up to 150 lbs.
• Be able to get in and out of your truck 100-150 times a day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the Fort Mill FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and unloading packages from truck
• Delivering packages to destination
• Scanning and logging packages
