Our employees do not make cold calls! We primarily handle inbound customer service calls, process emails and live chats.

General Characteristics: In this position, you will be assisting customers with scheduling transportation to their various appointments.

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and determine the best option.
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different types of customers and use positive language to represent yourself and the Company
• Use excellent customer service skills to handle escalated customer interactions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED
• Experience working on a computer
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Great customer service is a must
• Enjoys working on a team
• Previous contact center experience is a plus
