Our Customer Support Representatives assist customers throughout every stage of their product purchase and ensure that they find the perfect fit for their needs. The main prerogative of our Customer Support Representative team is to develop quality relationships with customers and make them feel confident in their decisions while providing them with the highest quality of products. We work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within sales demands. Like the brands we represent, we are looking for Customer Support Representatives to be game-changers, out-of-the-box thinkers, innovators, and those looking to push past the status quo. Responsibilities As A Customer Support Representative:

  • Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins
  • Confidently provide advice to customers regarding product features, sales promotions, and company history
  • Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for the client’s brand and policies
  • Developing authentic relationships with consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience
  • Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and product delivery
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue
  • Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events

Customer Support Representative Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Flexible availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
