Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will serve our existing customers in a consultative account management capacity.
You will collaborate with customers to achieve their business goals relating to training, safety and lowering risk. You will help customers optimize their use of ITI learning solutions and services. Success in customer success at ITI entails the use of “value selling” – a consultative approach – as we aim to help our customers optimize their organizational learning and development strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Retain and expand existing customer accounts utilizing all of ITI’s learning solutions such as instructor-led training, online learning and simulation.
  • Actively pursue and reengage orphaned accounts who haven’t purchased ITI services recently.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders and managers in training, safety and human resource departments regarding their utilization of:
    • ITI Online Learning and Learning Hub Solutions - a learning management system with 2,000+ content titles and growing.
    • ITI VR Crane Simulator solutions.
    • ITI Simulation solutions.
    • ITI Instructor-Led Training and Consulting Services.
  • Consult with key customer decision makers to identify business needs and determine if ITI can be a strategic partner for their organization's risk management and learning solutions.
  • Monitor customer goals and/or ROI so they can adapt ITI solutions to their unique needs.
  • Provide direct customer feedback to Product Management, acting as a partner for continued product improvement.
  • Conduct various learning management administration tasks on behalf of customers in the LMS.
  • Monitor and respond to customers utilizing the online learning chat bot.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
We are looking for people who have:
  • 5+ years of B2B account management or customer service experience.
  • Sincere customer focus who will strive to grow a relationship with their customer and ensure the customer is successful with our solutions.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred: construction, equipment rental, petrochemical, pulp/paper, or other heavy industrial sectors. Otherwise, a strong desire to work with customers in construction and heavy industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience or a strong passion to become a learning and development professional that can consult customers on learning strategies, content creation, training needs assessment, e-learning management, and more.
How does this role fit in our Sales & Customer Success Departments?
New Business Development Roles include the following specializations:
  • Sales Development Rep: Base salary starts at $40,000 with On-Target Earnings of $70-95K.
  • Enterprise Training Advisor: Base salary starts at $80,000 with On-Target Earnings of $120-160K.
  • Training Advisor – Online Learning & Simulation: Base salary starts at $50,000 with On-Target Earnings of $100-160K.
Existing Account Management Roles include the following specializations:
  • Training Advisor – Instructor-Led Training: Base salary starts at $50,000 with On-Target Earnings of $65-120K.
  • Training Advisor – Online Learning & Simulation: Base salary starts at $60,000 with On-Target Earnings of $90-130K.
  • Senior Training Advisor: Base salary starts at $80,000 with On-Target Earnings of $115-140K.
Additional Compensation & Benefits
Salary and On-Target Earnings are listed above along with the corresponding specialties. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for ITI benefits including healthcare, 401(k) (up to 10% company-match), PTO, and Stock Unit Appreciation Rights.
