About the Customer Scheduling Specialist (CSS) Role: In the Customer Scheduling Specialist role, you will be working closely with our Inside Sales and Customer Care teams to schedule services for both our residential and commercial customers. The CSS role is responsible for coordinating and organizing the daily routes of 12+ field specialists. The CSS will be talking with customers on the phone, by email, and through a text platform to ensure days and times for our visits work within our customers busy calendars. Attention to detail and organization are “must have” skills in this role. If you enjoy puzzles then this role may be a great fit for you. You will oversee the service team schedule and will be responsible for finding efficiencies to create tight routes.

Pay:

Annual Wage Range: $40,000-$50,000

Starts at: $18/hour plus bonus potential

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding scheduling appointments for our Service Team
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Work with Customer Service Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists to schedule both residential and commercial incoming services at the customer’s convenience
  • Build out and set monthly schedules using an advanced software platform with efficient routing resources
  • Maintain an empathetic and friendly personality while delivering educational information
  • Communicate via email, online text messaging platform, and phone with customers
  • Enter in customer data correctively and efficiently while communicating with the customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
