Customer Service Representative

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service and/or Sales Experience
• Must obtain all licenses required by State Department of Insurance
• Pass background check
• Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change
• Solicit, sell and negotiate new business policies
• Possess effective presentation skills through verbal and written communications
• Must be aggressive/assertive, a self-starter, and able to influence others
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions
• Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
