POD Logistics Inc is an intermodal logistics company established in 2017 to provide logistic services around the nation. We are growing rapidly and are excited about the opportunity to add new faces to our team.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in serving the public as well as excellent time management and communication skills and the ability to multitask while ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner.

The successful candidate should have previous experience working in a customer service role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Input and complete work orders
• Maintain Customer Relationships
• Gather pertinent information from customers to ensure the database is up-to-date
• Relay to customers any requested or important information.
• Support dispatch functions as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $45,000.00 per hour

• data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
