Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable making regular outbound calls, possess a strong work ethic, be open to change, and excel at delivering customer satisfaction. We are seeking an individual with a cheerful outlook, a smile in your voice and a desire to help. You must have a willingness to learn and grow with the company, as we provide training in a positive environment in which your skills can grow and expand. **This is not a remote position!**

Requirements:


Schedule:

1) Tuesday-Saturday

  • Tues-Fri 11:30am-7:30pm
  • Sat 8am-6pm

2) Tuesday-Saturday

  • Tues-Fri 12pm-8pm
  • Sat 8am-6pm

3) Sunday-Thursday

  • Mon-Thur 12pm-8pm
  • Sun 8am-6pm

Responsibilities

  • Initiate customer contact through a combination of inbound call taking outbound calling and web-based platforms
  • Ask discovery questions, build rapport, and create a sense of urgency with the customer to maximize chances of scheduling the appointment
  • Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Initiative to resolve and de-escalate customer issues
  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Participate in required training
  • Communicate regularly with direct manager and with dispatchers

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Computer literate, and comfortable working with several software platforms simultaneously
  • Friendly and upbeat personality as well as maintaining a calm demeanor during stressful situations
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with multiple priorities
  • Type 50+ WPM
